What is the maximum guest capacity at IKON Event Venue?
IKON Event Venue can accommodate over 500 guests for a seated dinner and reception. Our grand ballroom features a column-free open floor plan, making it one of the largest luxury event spaces in the Los Angeles area.

Is parking available at the venue?
Yes. IKON provides professional valet parking service as part of our all-inclusive packages, ensuring a seamless and impressive arrival experience for every guest.

Can I tour the venue before booking?

What types of events does IKON host?
IKON hosts a wide range of events including weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, milestone birthday celebrations, anniversary parties, engagement parties, corporate galas, award ceremonies, fundraisers, and more.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend dates. Popular dates in the upcoming months are already filling up. We suggest contacting us at least 8-12 months in advance for weddings and large events.
Can I hold a date while I make my decision?
You can place a hold on a date with a deposit. Please contact our team to discuss availability and the hold process.
Do you host multiple events on the same day?
No. IKON hosts one event per day to ensure that every client receives our full attention, resources, and dedication. Your event will have exclusive use of the entire venue.
What is the rental period for an event?
Standard event packages include 7 hour rental. Our team will work with you to establish a timeline that accommodates setup, the event itself, and breakdown.

Does IKON provide in-house catering?
Yes. All catering at IKON is provided exclusively by our in-house culinary team. We do not allow outside catering, which ensures the highest standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.
What cuisine styles does IKON offer?

How is pricing structured at IKON?
IKON offers all-inclusive packages that bundle venue rental, catering, staffing, coordination, and essential services into one transparent price. We do not publish pricing online, as every event is unique. Please submit an inquiry to receive a custom proposal.

Our all-inclusive packages include: expert event coordinator, floor manager, full setup and breakdown, valet parking, security, LED lighting, bridal suite, foyer, bar, dance floor, tables, chairs, tableware, professional catering staff, servers, and bartenders. Is a deposit required to secure a date?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your event date. The specific deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your event contract.
